After bouncing around for 4 years, we've finally found a host we're almost completely happy with. From the sign-up, we've had excellent service. RWH went out of their way to help facilitate the move. WE never, ever wait more than an hour for a response. We are always warned of downtime and server moves. My old host didn't even have a phone number. With RWH, we get IM, email and phone service. You will be happy with RWH, I guarantee it.

We've been with Real Web Host for a couple years now and I can't imagine anyone being better than these guys. Customer support has always been top notch. I would rate the overall quality of service a perfect 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a reliable web host, check out RWH!

RWH is easily the best service I've seen from a web host and I've been working with hosts for a long time. I love the instant messenger support as its so much easier than picking up the phone since I'm already on my PC all day working. I had a shared hosting account and now a dedicated server and the service was just as good for both. 10!
